4-week classes/ There are three ways to take this class, our classroom will be open for a limited number of students but the Zoom is unlimited. We also offer the MP3 option where you do it on your own at your convenience.
prerequisite Meditation 1
Building on the tools and techniques learned in Meditation I, this class will further the study of the tools used in psychic meditation. The student will learn to clear atheist energy from their mockups, use a havingness gauge, find their amusement and blow pictures. They will learn to recognize spirit guides, practice creating and destroying and become separate from problems not theirs. They will learn to clean out a room and how to use all of the tools in meditation. Finally, using the Body of Glass, they will learn to let energy not affect them. Week One: Review of Psychic Tools, Grounding, Running Energy, Center of Head, Protection/Separation Rose and Havingness Gauge
