Psychic Reality – Meditation I
This class will introduce the new student to their psychic abilities and how to use the basic psychic tools we use in all our classes. We teach an "in-the-body meditation." You will learn to ground, run energy, bring in gold suns, and have a separation/protection rose, which will help to make the body safe and allow you the spirit to meditate in the body. As you gain spiritual awareness, you will then begin to have greater control over your life and goals.
